Ease of use is a competitive advantage in biomedical data analysis

M2oBSI group, lead by Professor Ulla Ruotsalainen, is a part of Tampere University of Technology Department of Signal Processing. M2oBSI research relies heavily on computational science. The main problem in the projects is the lack of availability of usable computing resources.

M2oBSI projects use high abstraction languages, like MATLAB, because the processes are based on iterative code development instead of utilization of production-ready code.

Techila has provided M2oBSI a compeitive advantage in quantification of biomedical data with stochastic parametric models and numerical optimization. The methods benefit of Techila’s features; time limits, resource optimization, error tolerance, and ease-of-use.
