Hello,

I'm trying to run a number of parallel jobs using cloudfor in MATLAB. However, when I submit the jobs to Techila, I get the following error for some of the jobs but not for all of them. I'm using 64 bit MATLAB 2016b. Here are the details of the error. I would really appreciate if someone can help me with this issue.

Code: Select all

The problem seems to be related to how different Microsoft Windows versions are identified within the Techila environment.

This can be fixed by configuring operating system version aliasing in the Techila environment.

We were in touch with the admin team and they fixed it in your system.

Please try to run your computations again to see if the problem has been resolved.
